We started by solving a simple problem. Business systems were overflowing of data but starving for insights. They had powerful tools collecting information, but turning that information into action was painful, manual, and often too slow to matter.

So we built something. Something that connects your existing systems, updates in real-time, and gives you answers when you need them. No migration required. No disruption to your workflows. Just clearer insights, faster decisions.

Leadership Team

Nicole Osborn

CEO and Princiapl Owner

Before leading Todata, Nikki was a client. She experienced firsthand how the right data, intelligently compiled, can drive bold decision-making in a scaling business.

Nikki founded Meridian Clinical Research in 1999 in Omaha, NE, with a fax machine and a credit card advance. She grew Meridian from a single location to a network that included more than 30 brick-and-mortar sites and 90 physicians across North America, enrolling more than 40,000 patients across 2,400 clinical trials. Under Nikki's direction, the company navigated several acquisitions before being acquired by Velocity Clinical Research in 2022.

At Meridian, Nikki implemented Todata in 2020, and saw an immediate lift. The solution didn't require any new systems, and enabled her executive team to oversee operational performance, financial projections, capacity, and profitability across a broad geography. After living the journey from startup to industry leader, she knew Todata could help businesses with high growth potential achieve similar transformations. Nikki became the CEO and principal owner of Todata in 2025.

Nikki attended the University of Iowa and earned her Bachelor of Science in nursing from Clarkson College. She is involved in numerous altruistic efforts, namely Sam’s Great Story,  in honor of Sam Osborn.

Ben Titus

President and Co-founder

Ben combined deep expertise in finance, software development, and data analytics to found Todata — then called Scarpello Group — in 2017. Ben now leads a team of business intelligence experts who combine technical expertise and analytics solutions to build dashboards that answer real questions for growing businesses.

Before Todata, Ben launched a Healthcare Banking division for First National Bank of Omaha, where he designed new product solutions that helped healthcare organizations optimize operations and improve patient experiences.

At Mutual of Omaha Bank, Ben led a team of Treasury Sales officers focused on both personal and business clientele, including enterprise clients. This hands-on work with C-suite executives gave him firsthand experience with the challenges businesses face when trying to extract meaning from disconnected data.

His approach combines technical precision with practical business sense, ensuring that every dashboard and data model delivers real intelligence, not just interesting metrics. He's particularly skilled at identifying the critical data points that unlock growth for businesses ready to scale.

Andrew Kimball

Chief Commercial Officer

Andrew is forever seeking 'aha!' moments for clients. As a commercial leader who has long worked to bridge the human, operational, and technical sides of businesses, Andrew excels at helping clients turn data into insight.

Andrew was previously Chief Commercial Officer at Meridian Clinical Research. He built foundational, long-term client partnerships and helped expand the network to more than 90 physicians across 30 locations.

Andrew's experience spans operational and business development roles at several clinical research and technology companies. His operationally informed background gives him unique insight into how different businesses can leverage data without disrupting existing workflows.

He brings his growth-focused approach to Todata, where he helps clients identify metrics that actually matter to their business. Andrew is a visionary business leader, but rooted in practical approaches to operational growth. His unique background, which includes a graphic design degree from Mount Wachusett Community College, supports his ability to make complex data visually intuitive.

Mike Demman

Director, Client Services

Mike's background as both an accomplished attorney and seasoned executive gives him a rare ability to translate complex client needs into streamlined data solutions.

Before joining Todata in 2023, Mike led SimplyWell as CEO for over a decade, where he demonstrated his talent for maintaining strong client relationships through significant organizational changes. His strategic leadership resulted in substantial revenue growth and culminated in a successful acquisition by Viverae.

Mike's versatile experience spans healthcare, professional services, and technology sectors. As a consultant to organizations ranging from startups to established institutions, he's consistently delivered results-oriented strategies that drive growth. His legal background (J.D. from Creighton University) combined with business acumen (B.B.A. in Marketing from Loyola Marymount) gives him a unique perspective on how data intelligence intersects with operational realities.

Since 2013, Mike has also served as Adjunct Professor at Creighton University, where he prepares future healthcare professionals to approach challenges with both medical and legal perspectives — the same balanced approach he brings to Todata clients.
